Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with 2026-era hardware constraints
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization problems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum phenomena (topological qubits, quantum dots)

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design

- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction methodologies
- Published research in quantum computing or topological quantum systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
