Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 10,000+ qubit capacity for 2026 deployment
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.999% fidelity in quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic threats
- File patents for novel quantum algorithms and hardware innovations
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum conferences (QIP, APS March Meeting)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or hardware architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of NISQ limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
