Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors for 2026 deployment targets
- Design hybrid classical-quantum algorithms targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for industrial applications
- Partner with NASA/JPL on quantum-resistant encryption standards
- Mentor quantum software engineers in topological qubit implementations
- Present quantum roadmaps at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum supremacy demonstrations
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and cryogenic engineering
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Security clearance for DOE quantum projects preferred
- Track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 500 qubits
