Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of 8 quantum physicists and software engineers
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
