Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit/IBM Quantum
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
