In this role, you will act as the bridge between emerging technologies and business execution, designing the operational frameworks that will define the next decade of productivity.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and execute a comprehensive 5-year operational roadmap aligned with 2026 technological milestones, including AGI integration and autonomous systems.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Evaluate and implement next-generation AI tools (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) to replace legacy workflows and drive efficiency.
- Workforce Transformation: Lead the transition to hybrid and decentralized work models, ensuring employee readiness for the "AI-Augmented" workforce of 2026.
- Future-Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to predict disruptive shifts in the labor market and adapt our hiring and retention strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Strategy; Master’s preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in strategic operations, tech consulting, or future-forward organizational design.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI capabilities and a proven track record of integrating emerging tech into business processes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
