- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen business models and products
- Author forward-looking white papers and trend briefs published in top-tier industry journals
- Curate and host high-stakes futurist summits with Nobel laureates and policy influencers
- Quantify future ROI using predictive analytics and Monte Carlo simulations
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like horizon scanning and weak signal detection
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of implementing future-back strategies generating >$50M revenue
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., SAMI, Polymath) and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
