Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise risk and opportunity assessment
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and leadership teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Advise on innovation portfolio allocation based on future convergence points
- Represent the company at global futurism and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-building capabilities
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic research institutions
- Published thought leadership in foresight or technology strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
