Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing organizational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
