- Produce executive briefings on future workforce transformations and talent strategies
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent Horizon at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario modeling and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or trend reports
