Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author quarterly future-state briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers in emerging fields
- Quantify ROI of future technologies through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Present at global tech conferences on next-generation strategic frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
