Responsibilities

- Advise C-suite on long-term R&D investments and innovation portfolio allocation
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and industry pioneers
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, technological, and environmental shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, R)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
