Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for organizational resilience in volatile environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation portfolios with future opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategic pivots and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical shifts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
