Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and future-proof roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across departments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Produce high-impact research reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainability)
- Champion organizational culture of continuous innovation and adaptive planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year horizons
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused initiatives or published research
