Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research methodologies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
