Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce trend analysis reports on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies (2018-2025 portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum systems, synthetic biology, advanced AI, or space tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
