Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Architect future-state business models and go-to-market strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging paradigms
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic curiosity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
