Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology adoption roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional think tanks mapping societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen human-machine symbiosis
- Represent company at global futurism summits and policy forums
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping of future-facing concepts
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation leadership
- Published research on singularity economics or human augmentation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (quantum/neuro/bio)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on transformation strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling
