Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level scenario plans
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic foresight workshops
