Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and scenario planning documents for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026 markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures clearly
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant field
- Experience with strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
