- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation and business strategy
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at industry summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Build and manage a network of domain experts and academic researchers
- Quantify future ROI of emerging technologies through proprietary modeling tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte TMT Predictions)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (Shell-style, Schwartz scenarios)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
