Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI singularity, climate resilience, quantum computing) to map 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Develop and maintain the 'Horizon 2026' strategic roadmap using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and policy teams to align on future-proof initiatives
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer 2026-proof technologies
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies to ensure sustainable growth
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation (min. 5-year horizon)
