Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with innovation ecosystems and thought leaders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Experience with futures research tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
