Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend impact matrices
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with future market demands
- Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly foresight reports and annual strategic roadmaps for long-term growth
- Facilitate workshops on future-proofing strategies across global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, white papers)
