As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies to anticipate societal shifts, technological disruptions, and market opportunities through 2030. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) and develop horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and policymakers to co-create future-state prototypes and roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario models for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation forecasting methodologies
- Develop AI-powered trend detection systems to monitor 500+ data sources in real-time
- Mentor junior futurists and champion foresight literacy across organizational departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 7+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) or equivalent advanced training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight projects with measurable impact
