Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal megatrends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in fintech, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Author quarterly Future State Briefings distributed to 500+ C-level executives
- Facilitate executive workshops using VR/AR immersive foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain proprietary trend database with predictive analytics capabilities
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists while pioneering new foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations for enterprise clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Experience with quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI applications
