- Mentor a dedicated team of futurist researchers and analysts

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy with future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
