- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists, academic partners, and innovation labs

- Drive organizational adoption of agile foresight methodologies across R&D and business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership with demonstrable 5+ year horizon planning impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruptive technology assessment methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-winning products or business transformations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or equivalent professional certification
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to articulate complex futures concepts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and data visualization platforms
