Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using predictive analytics, trend mapping, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops to ideate and validate emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and white papers for executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems to track progress against 2026 innovation milestones
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into tangible product roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-oriented culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
