Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps for clients in quantum computing and neurotechnology
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Scenario' workshops with C-suite executives
- Author annual 'Horizon Scan' reports predicting market disruptions
- Manage portfolio of 7+ innovation incubation projects with $2M+ budgets
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology trends (quantum, bio-AI, climate tech)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
