Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author annual 'State of 2026' reports for industry publications and thought leadership platforms
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for 2026-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFCS, APF) or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum) and 2026 adoption curves
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (minimum 3 authoritative publications)
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
