In this role, you will act as the bridge between abstract future possibilities and concrete business strategy. You will craft the roadmap that guides our engineering, product, and design teams toward a sustainable and innovative future.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual strategic planning process, specifically focusing on the 2026 timeline and long-term milestones.
- Research and analyze disruptive technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to forecast their impact on our industry by 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable quarterly and annual objectives.
- Develop 'What-If' scenarios to prepare the organization for potential market disruptions.
- Oversee the innovation lab, ensuring resources are allocated to high-potential future projects.
