Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Execution: Define and manage the technical strategy for projects scheduled to launch or mature by 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable system architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI integration.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison between product, engineering, and executive leadership to communicate progress and hurdles.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline (e.g., Quantum readiness, Advanced AI).
- Process Optimization: Streamline development workflows to accelerate delivery cycles without compromising quality.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
