- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and iterate strategies based on real-time data
- Represent FuturePulse at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior talent in design thinking methodologies and future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products (3+ successful launches required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: Generative AI, Web3, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem (VCs, incubators, research institutions)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
