Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
