Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $10M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Innovation Management
- Expertise in emerging tech commercialization (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Lean Startup and Design Thinking methodologies
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
