- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and portfolio performance
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation insights and recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services in tech-driven markets
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation teams and processes in Fortune 500 environments
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management expertise
