Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science with 100+ citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from prototype to market
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum security protocols
- Experience securing $5M+ in venture capital or government grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
