Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic operations, management consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading operations through significant digital transformation projects.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics, business intelligence platforms, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M annually.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
