Role Overview:
The 2026 Strategic Technology Lead will be responsible for overseeing the transition to our upcoming platform, ensuring that our systems are not only robust but future-proof. You will mentor a team of senior engineers and drive the technical vision that will define our product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the architecture of high-scale distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into technical specifications.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure best practices in security and scalability.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) and evaluate their applicability to our business.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical transitions and digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning integration.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
