Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to create a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our 5-year vision.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Assess and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) to determine their viability for our product ecosystem.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead large-scale technical projects that require cross-functional leadership and significant resource allocation.
- Architecture Governance: Establish architectural standards and governance frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Vendor & Partnership Management: Identify and manage relationships with key technology partners and thought leaders.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the technical department.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architecture role.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Deep understanding of emerging technology trends, specifically regarding AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex, large-scale solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving long-term systemic problems rather than just tactical fixes.
