Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks that integrate AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies into core business models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities and mitigate risks for 2026+ horizons
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3
- Exceptional data storytelling with advanced visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on long-term industry transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic initiatives
