- Mentor a diverse team of sustainability engineers and futurists using agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability strategy with demonstrable impact in climate tech or circular economy sectors
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting standards
- Proven track record scaling sustainable initiatives with $100M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (green hydrogen, blockchain for supply chains, AI for climate modeling)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex metrics into executive narratives
- Certification in LEED, B Corp, or similar sustainability accreditation preferred
