Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable synthetic intelligence architectures for enterprise-level deployment.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to ensure responsible AI development.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into current machine learning pipelines.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and synthetic bias mitigation.
- Conduct research and development to stay ahead of global AI regulatory changes.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Proven experience with edge computing and low-latency neural network deployment.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or high-tech environment is preferred.
