Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, UT Austin) on emerging tech
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Coordinate global hackathons focused on solving 2026-era challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining products
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon funding programs
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology predictions with 85%+ accuracy
