Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in predictive modeling for technological convergence
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with ISO 26000 and IEEE 2085 ethical tech frameworks
- Portfolio of at least 3 patented innovations post-2020
- Certification in Global Tech Impact Assessment (GTIA)
