As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing pioneers, AI ethicists, and sustainable tech architects to build solutions that redefine human-machine interaction. You'll report directly to the Chief Innovation Officer and influence multi-billion-dollar product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Manage innovation pipeline with $10M+ annual R&D budget
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in tech foresight or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Strong network with tech futurists and academic institutions
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
