Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era technology prototypes
- Identify and patent disruptive innovations in AI ethics and quantum algorithms
- Present quarterly technological forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Secure $50M+ in federal and private research grants
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech specializations
- Author whitepapers cited in Nature and Science journals
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D experience
- Published record in top-tier journals (h-index > 25)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing novel technologies
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
