Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI frameworks
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI
- Partner with federal agencies on national technology policy for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Mentor researchers in emerging fields like synthetic biology interfaces and quantum machine learning
- Secure $10M+ annual funding through DARPA/NASA proposals for 2026 tech initiatives
- Present findings at World Economic Forum and IEEE Future Horizons conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics (2020-2024)
- Proven track record of securing federal grants >$5M for emerging tech projects
- Expertise in ISO 27001 compliance for quantum-resistant systems
- Experience with TensorFlow Quantum and Cirq frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
