Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies using predictive analytics and trend modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align futuristic roadmaps with business objectives
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes to anticipate disruptors
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and academic thought leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurism roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech and venture capital ecosystems
